Materials that Enable Creation of Environmentally Friendly Plastics that Are Biodegradable in Soil and Sea

Safely Completing the Cycle of
Returning Manmade Products to the Earth

OUR GOAL IS TO CREATE INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO FORMATION OF A SUSTAINABLE SOCIETY

The biogeochemical cycle refers to the natural process by which all animate and inanimate substances degrade and return to the earth. This in turn has led to rapid and unprecedented changes in climatic and environmental conditions, and destruction of the natural environment.

We at BIOTEC endeavor to make improvements to the biogeochemical cycle by which manmade objects are returned to nature as part of our efforts to create a sustainable society and promote economic development.

OUR MISSION

ELIMINATING MICROPLASTICS
POLLUTION

Conventional petroleum-based plastics released into the environment after disposal do not return to nature and are commonly transformed into "microplastics", which have adverse effects on the sea, soil and other ecosystems.

Our unique ECBIO material protects the environment even when products that use them escape proper disposal and enter natural ecosystems like the ocean and land because of its ability to decompose into water and CO2 when they come into contact with natural occurring microorganisms.

Our goal is to contribute to reducing the environmental burden of manmade materials by reducing microplastic pollution through the diffusion of our innovative materials business.
